HOW DOES THIS WORK?
This dripper requires
no electricity, and operates via a faucet connection.
This dripper comes with
a Y-valve, which hooks to your faucet. Your hose hooks into one side
and the other side comes with a 1/4" tubing adaptor.
Leave the Y-valve switch set towards the birdbath and leave the water on at
the faucet so that a) your hose is not continually running all over the
place and b) your birdbath gets the water it needs.
Run the tubing from the adaptor to your birdbath (50 ft. included). This kit
includes a regulator, to allow only a certain amount of water to be in the
birdbath and will stop filling when it reaches that point. This
ensures that your birdbath will always be filled with clean, fresh water for
your feathered friends. The copper material used for the birdbath
discourages algae growth.
